Added a new page group specialy for the Yaesu FT-221R to the {cms_selflink page='mods' text='Mods for HamRadio's'} group.

- Mode switch puls mod safe you're preamp
- CTCSS mod because most of the dutch repeaters have CTCSS now.
- Variable output power mod because less is more
